Every year, we set out a long list of resolutions. Lose weight, become more fit, more organised, more something. How about not doing that this year? How about accepting yourself as you are, loving YOU. Yeah, we can all do something to be a bit healthier (and obviously, if losing weight will make you healthier and live longer, do it). I am talking about not putting ourselves up to fail, to fall off the ‘Resolution Box’ when we eat that candy bar January 25th, or have that glass of wine with a meal. Live your life. Enjoy it.
