I have been using lavender in my yoga classes as a way to promote a sense of relaxation. I’ve diffused it, I’ve put it on eye pillows or warm/cool towels, or on my hands for the students to inhale. You can, however, use it for so much more! I have been using therapeutic-grade lavender on my hands to soothe peeling skin. I used it on Q the other day (with coconut oil as a carrier to help with toddler skin sensitivity) when she touched a hot pan and burned herself. You can use it on the back of the neck and at the temples to ease muscle tension.
