I thought I’d revive the old blog with an interview of sorts. I am asked a few questions over and over again so I know that they are ones that people want to know the answers to!

‘I’d love to learn more about essential oils, where should I start?’
This is such a great question. I would recommend doing your research on the quality of oil that you want. It can be a minefield of information so if you know someone who uses a
‘This time of year I feel like I am going from cold to cold (or am suffering from hay fever!).
What essential oils do you recommend? Ahh, I love this question! I suffer badly with hay fever and use an amazing trio of oils-lemon, lavender, and peppermint, to help support my sinuses and respiratory function during this time. I would add in the Protective Blend in the winter time, too! It smells a lot like Christmas-cinnamon and clove, yum!
‘How is best to use the oils?’
We recommend a few different ways, the most common ways being diffusing and topical (diluted of course!). Due to the fact these oils are considered food grade, you can ingest them but this is entirely up to you. A main component of this company is education and we work very closely with you on how to use the oils that best support you and your family. I personally use diffusing and topical application for my family and have great results in supporting the different systems in our bodies.
