Gratitude. Happiness. Joy. Bliss. All words people use to describe their ideal life, their contented life. How do you get there? One small, simple idea to help you realise your gratitude and joy every single day is to pause and say 4-5 things that make you happy. Incidents that have happened or thoughts you have thought or things you’ve seen that day that give you a warm, fuzzy feeling.
